Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all online orders within the Continental US with subtotals over $100. This means that you can enjoy the convenience of having your favorite natural health products delivered right to your doorstep without any additional cost.

For orders with subtotals below $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 will be applied. This ensures that you can still receive your products at an affordable price.

Once your order is placed, you can expect to receive your package within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that orders placed by calling our office will continue to be processed with our regular shipping policy, where shipping fees apply. This change is designed to reward our patients for embracing our new online platform, making it easier than ever to shop for your supplements from anywhere. We currently only offer shipping within the Continental US. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return & Subscription Policy

At Summit Natural Wellness Center, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines for returns and subscriptions.

Returns for One-Time Purchases

We accept returns for unopened supplements within 30 days of purchase.

Please note:

  • Refrigerated items can’t be returned due to their sensitive nature.
  • Sale items are final sale.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to eligible returns to help cover processing and quality assurance costs.

Subscribe & Save Orders

Our Subscribe & Save program makes it easy to receive your favorite products on a regular schedule — and you can cancel anytime.

Here’s how our policy works:

  • Manage or Cancel Anytime: Log into your account on our website to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.
  • If payment has been processed but your order hasn’t shipped yet:
    You can request a refund, minus a 5% credit card processing fee.
  • If your order has already been packaged or shipped:
    We’re unable to offer a refund once fulfillment has begun.
  • You will receive a reminder email 48 hours before your payment method is charged.
  • The item price and any applicable discount for your order is calculated before your reminder email. The price of the item may decrease or increase between deliveries, but will never be higher than the price shown in your reminder email.
  • Refrigerated and sale items remain non-returnable.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and processing typically takes 5–7 business days once approved.

Drop Box Policy

For your convenience, we offer a drop box at our office with 24/7 availability so you can pick up your supplements even if it is after hours, over the weekend, or during holidays. Simply select "Pickup in store" during checkout.

Orders submitted Monday-Friday will be placed in the drop box within 24 hours. Orders received over the weekend will be put in the drop box on the following business day. In some cases, orders placed on Saturdays may also be placed in the drop box that same day. You will always be notified when your items are ready for pick up.
