Molybdenum 500 by Seeking Health provides 500 mcg of molybdenum (as molybdenum glycinate chelate) in each easy-to-swallow vegetarian capsule. Molybdenum is an essential trace mineral. In the human body, molybdenum is found in the bones, liver, and kidneys.
