The herbs calm and nourish nervous system and uterus. Can be used for general relaxation of mind and body, relief of premature contractions, or postpartum after-pains. Use with attention to balanced activity and rest, proper hydration and nutrition, and appropriate prenatal care.

60 drops every 1 hour as needed, acutely. 30-60 drops 1-4x day as a general relaxant, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
